The Overhead Door Company was fantastic, from scheduling to repair completion. Kiara was great with scheduling our garage door belt repair quickly. I love that they message the morning of the scheduled repair date with an estimated arrival time and then message again with a 30 minute heads up. Our technician Bruce was punctual, professional, skilled and patient with me, as I was out of the country trying to coordinate repairs with house guests. Bruce was truly a pleasure to work with. Pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of time the technician spent and some extra hurdles he encountered. I highly recommend Overhead Door Company for your garage door needs and Bruce in particular as your garage door technician.

I have been aware of Overhead Door from my previous career and the great service they provided. I have now used them twice locally and very pleased with the straightforward approach from start to finish! The guys that service Ormond Beach are great. I would recommend and I will use them again.

I contacted overhead door because my garage door would not close completely without opening back up again. They were able to come over the next day. They called me first thing in the morning to confirm a two hour window and showed up on time I want to thank Dave the technician for being prompt and taking care of my issue
